How do I find my start time and QR code?

Participants will select their start time at the time of registration for their event. Your start time will be listed directly on your ticket.  To double-check the start time you selected, you can locate your ticket in one of two places:

1. Registration Confirmation Email - Upon completing your registration you should have received a confirmation email with your QR code. If this confirmation was not saved, you can search your email by using the following information:

• Sender Name: Tough Mudder UK
• Sender Email Address: [e-mail]
• Subject: Registration confirmation for Tough Mudder {Insert Event Name}
  • Example: Registration Confirmation for Tough Mudder Midlands 2021

2. My Events - If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can find your ticket, which includes your start time and QR code, on Active.com by following these steps:

• Log into your My Events
• Select the “Registration and QR code” tab
• View your ticket and start time information

Once you have found your ticket you can take a screenshot or add it to your Apple Wallet for easy access come event day. 

If you cannot see your registration on the My Events page, you may need to claim your registration. If claiming your registration is unsuccessful, more information can be found here.
