How do I find my start time and QR code?

Participants will request their start time when registering for their event. Your start time will be listed directly on your ticket 14 days before the event.  To find your start time and your QR code, you can locate your ticket in one of two places:

1. Registration Confirmation Email - Upon completing your registration, you should have received a confirmation email with your QR code. Please search your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes Tough Mudder emails end up there. 

2. Tough Mudder Tickets Account - If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can find your ticket, which includes your start time and QR code, in your Tough Mudder Tickets Account.

Once you have found your ticket, you can take a screenshot or add it to your Apple Wallet for easy access on event day.
