When should I arrive on-site?

You should aim to arrive on site 1 hour before your start time window. You will be assigned the exact start time within your start time window when you check-in at the event.

For example:
Bob selects the 10am-11am start time window during registration.
Bob should plan to arrive on site to check in at 9:00 am, one hour prior to the start time window.
At Registration Check-in, Bob is assigned an exact start time of 10:45am.
Bob gears up and heads over to the start line for 10:45 am.
