How do I change my ticket type for the same event?

To transfer your registration to a new day at the same event, please make sure you have claimed your registration. Once your registration is claimed, please login to My Events and follow the steps below:

1. Find the registration you would like to edit
2. Click ‘Change category’
3. Choose the new registration type (distance) for the day you want to run
4. Click ‘Continue’
5. Fill out the registration form
6. Click ‘Continue’
7. Review the order details and complete your transaction

*Please note if there is a difference in price you will have to pay the difference upon checkout.
