I am receiving an error when trying to claim my registration. What do I do now?

Please make sure to copy and paste your registration number to avoid mistakes such as confusing the number "0" with the letter "O". Also double-check that there are no spaces before or after your registration number. Lastly, make sure that your Active Profile information, such as your full name (no nicknames or shortened names), email address, and date of birth are all an exact match to the information on your ticket.
