What types of obstacles will I face Tough Mudder?

You will see a variety of different obstacles on course, each testing different skills and teamwork abilities. You can check out our full menu of obstacles here. 

While we have some signature obstacles and firm favourites, the specific obstacles will vary at each event. We are also moving to a new ‘always-on’ innovation process, so expect to see new obstacles appear at different events throughout the year. Course maps for each specific event will be emailed out 1-2 days prior to the event.
