All participants who purchased their ticket after November 7, 2020 selected their start time window when they registered. Participants with existing tickets were offered the option to select a start time in December 2020, and those who did not select have been automatically transferred into afternoon waves.
If you still do not have a start time for your upcoming event, our team is still in the process of assigning you a start time. Once this process is completed, you will receive a new confirmation email with an assigned start time. Please be on the lookout for this email in your inbox, junk, and spam in the weeks leading up to your event.
